Nominate yourself or someone you know to the SKS Board!

On Wednesday, May 29, 17:00, the student union in Sundsvall (SKS) has its annual meeting. During the annual meeting, the union's chairman, financial manager, seven members and up to five deputies are elected. In addition, the second vice (study social responsibility area) will be elected, but as this is a filling election, the election committee will not produce a proposal, however, it is still possible to nominate in advance. Now is your chance to nominate yourself or someone else for these positions.

Important to know:

• The Board meets at least once a month during the academic year.

• To be eligible for nomination, the candidate must be a member of SKS, or have been for at least one semester in the last two years.

• Nominees must confirm their candidacy to be eligible for election.

• Auditors and members of the nomination committee cannot be nominated.

• Deadline for registration is Monday 20/05

• Any replacements are elected on the spot.

Second vice president (study social responsibilities), will also be elected, but as this is a by-election the election committee will not present a suggestion for this post. However it is still possible to nominate a candidate in advance. Now you have the chance to nominate yourself or someone else to these positions.

• To be able to be nominated, the candidate has to be a member of SKS, alternatively have been one for at least one semester during the last two years.

• Nominated persons have to confirm their candidacy to be electable.

• Auditors and members of the election committee may not be nominated.

• Last date for registration is monday 20th of May.

• Eventual by-elections take place during the annual meeting.
